All our products are backed by our unconditional 100% guarantee.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product  you purchase from us, we will refund the applicable purchase price, tax, shipping and handling for that product.  At your option, we may exchange the product for a similar product, or replace a product which you received broken, or otherwise faulty.  Prior to returning any product, you must e-mail Returns@AromaSolutions.com, explaining why you are not satisfied, or how the product was faulty.  You should also state your preference for a refund or exchange.  We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by return e-mail.  Then, you simply return the product to us with the RA# on the outside of the shipping box.  We will process your refund or exchange as soon as possible, upon receipt of the product.  No arguments and no further questions asked.
